Due to increased activity EIFFAGE Norge is looking for a BIM Manager for the E18 project. We are seeking a candidate that are engaged, proactive and has a "can do" attitude.
General duties:
- Oversee BIM model creation and maintenance
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure BIM integration
- Train and support design and construction coordinators in BIM software and processes
- Manage BIM-related software and licenses
- Monitor and report BIM progress and performance
- Administrates BIM for the whole project team
- Responsible for providing CDE
- Responsible for updating the BIM Execution Plan
- Ensure a secure data flow
- Ensure that the routines for quality control are followed
- Responsible for establishing and maintain the multidisciplinary model
- Approve final delivery of multidisciplinary model and presentation model
- Responsible for site monitoring
- Responsible for site documentation (execution phase) integration on the CDE
- Make data available for working teams
- Support the Systematic completion and As-built deliveries
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Diploma or Certificate in BIM Management is a plus
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of BIM, PLM software - such as Quadri, Revit, Navisworks and Civil 3D
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
- Proficient in BIM software and processes
- Knowledge of relevant Norwegian regulations and standards
- Experience with infrastructure projects (Design & Build)
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in BIM management or coordination
Core Competencies:
- BIM strategy development and implementation
- BIM software proficiency
- Stakeholder coordination and collaboration
- Training and support
Additional requirement:
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Fluency in Norwegian is a plus.
- Preferred availability: From June 2023
