Job Requirements:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- To assist the learning and development function of the company to achieve current and future business objectives
- Dealing with HRDF for any related matters engaged with training/course.
- To support a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy by promoting EE message.
- To assist on engagement surveys.
- Staff Correspondence (IR issue inclusive of PIP, Warning Letter, Show Cause Letter, Breach of Contract Letter)
- To work with cross-functional teams to identify unique business needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy.
- To champion the Employee Engagement (EE) Program.
- Any ad-hoc jobs as required.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business or similar.
- At least one (1) year of working experience as a Talent Engagement/T&D or similar role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate well.
- Enjoy connecting with people and being an effective team player.
- Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
