Job Requirements:

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • To assist the learning and development function of the company to achieve current and future business objectives
  • Dealing with HRDF for any related matters engaged with training/course.
  • To support a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy by promoting EE message.
  • To assist on engagement surveys.
  • Staff Correspondence (IR issue inclusive of PIP, Warning Letter, Show Cause Letter, Breach of Contract Letter)
  • To work with cross-functional teams to identify unique business needs while balancing the overall purpose and requirements of the employee engagement strategy.
  • To champion the Employee Engagement (EE) Program.
  • Any ad-hoc jobs as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business or similar.
  • At least one (1) year of working experience as a Talent Engagement/T&D or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate well.
  • Enjoy connecting with people and being an effective team player.
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills.
  • A creative thinker and a proactive problem solver.ll Administration, Employee Relations and Training

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
