This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.
Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.
R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.
Key responsibilities: Accountable to support and lead on MAE's electrical problem solving and modification. Provide MAE's electrical details and issue MAE's electrical standard document for Maintenance work. Implement corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance to ensure smooth production. Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for production equipment and machines.
Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance team.
Take a lead on MAE's electrical problem solving & solution implementation in shopfloor.- Provide MAE's electrical details and issue MAE's electrical standard document for Maintenance.
- Work with spare part team to ensure availability of critical spare part for production equipment and machines.
- Work with associates of other departments for machine & quality improvement.
- Support the cost reduction activity by providing innovative ideas that related to electrical topics.
- Train and transfer technical knowledge and skill to maintenance technician.
- Control & monitoring MTTR, MTBF KPI to achieve manufacturing target, especially in electrical topics.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor or master graduation with Electrical engineer.
Qualifications:
- English Proficiency: Intermediate or Advanced.
- Above 5 years’ experience in machinery maintenance.
- Have strong experience in solving the electrical problem of machine or improving machine design.
- Have deep knowledge and skill in PLC & HMI programming.
- Have deep understanding in MAE's electrical drawing.
- Strong electrical skill and knowledge, especially in Servo drive system, PLC (Rexroth), HMI etc.
- Deep knowledge in instrument tools for diagnosis/preventive of electrical problems.
- Strong problem solving and systematic thinking skill.
