Job Description
- Acting as subject matter expert in the financial product offers, specifically with regard to investment products, loan management and payment systems,
- Collaborating with the team of developers to drive forward the product and act as point of contact for the team,
- Partnering with the Tech and Market Leads to ensure alignment of product and marketing vision and requirements,
- Working in collaboration with other entities like treasury, investment banking, corporate/commercial banking business leaders to propose best product offerings and customer experience in the alignment with 3rd parties,
- Planning and organising the stories/tasks to be delivered in the upcoming sprint(s),
- Creating, organising and refining product backlog based on strategy, value, deadlines, dependencies and cost according to both the product and technical visions,
- Working closely with engineering and quality assurance team members to adopt test plans and ensure that issues are properly identified, fixed, and tested,
- Managing the in-market product, using appropriate KPI's to improve customer experience and performance,
- Developing to incorporate user needs, business needs, and technical constraints/opportunities into the product development process,
- Strong understanding of the regulatory environment and managing the intricacies of financial products platform,
- Managing regulatory issues, controls, risk, and resiliency on an ongoing basis, anticipating and mitigating issues.
The Successful Applicant
- Having knowledge and a vision on how to integrate a mobile application scheme within the consumer and/or digital banking segment,
- Minimum 8 years' experience as an experience manager or product owner in a complex mobile banking environment with agile teams (is an asset),
- Strong experience with planning, prioritising, and maintaining product backlogs and demand management,
- Continuous Delivery - Experience working with development teams that deliver to Production continuously,
- Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities / deadlines without compromising quality,
- Being capable of independent decision-making as well as able to take direction,
- Team management/being a part of it; at the same time having experience with direct people management,
- Dynamic and proactive approach with a deep experience,
