5. Minimum two years' experience working in on-site sales - insurance industry experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:
1. Key responsibility will be to onboard retailers to become Waada agents - these include sellers of mobile phones, electronics, bikes, etc.
2. Agents will be selling Waada insurance products to their customers - your compensation will depend on how many retailers you are able to onboard and how many sales they are able to make.
3. All training, understanding these retailers may require - including any marketing material they may need.
4. Regular reporting to keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call and visit reports, weekly work plans, sales reports and territory analyses.
5. The resolution of any agent complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Salary: Rs40,000.00 per month
