Why are we hiring an Omnichannel Engagement Partner?

The role as Omnichannel Engagement Partner will support us in our journey towards our North Star. This is a key role in the digitization of our engagement model with our different stakeholders.
A day in the life of an Omnichannel Engagement Partner?
You are a member of the Digital Center of Excellence (CoE) and you will report to the Digital CoE Lead.
In this role, in collaboration with the disease area cross-functional teams, you are responsible for the co-creation of specific omnichannel engagement strategies according to the Omnichannel Customer Engagement framework. You will also be in charge of the improvement of the Framework and the optimisation of our internal engagement ecosystem. Let’s take a closer look.
Adapting our engagement model is critical to increase business impact and improve overall customer satisfaction. To achieve this you will collaborate with the disease area team members in view of defining and executing a data & insight driven omnichannel customer engagement strategy. It’s not only about strategy, you will also have to ensure execution excellence.
With regards to our internal ecosystem optimization, at Roche we have omnichannel engagement integrated tools in place on which you will educate our key internal stakeholders in order to make the most out of them. As an Omnichannel Engagement Partner you will ensure that the disease area cross functional teams understand and adopt the framework and the engagement ecosystem.
If we could dream… how would you look like?
You have more or less five years of experience in building and executing Omnichannel Engagement Strategy in collaboration with disease area cross-functional teams. You are experienced in transforming traditional go-to-market models into new ones, including strong digital engagement techniques. This will require of course some change management skills.
We expect a very strong expertise in omnichannel engagement techniques; more specifically in modular digital marketing content in order to build strong customer journeys using multiple channels (digital and non digital) in an integrated way to deliver meaningful customer experience.
Expertise in digital analytics, insights, email creation, graphic design (at least notions in UX/UI) and marketing automation are also part of your DNA.
